Returns

We want every Odyssey system to meet the highest expectations. If for any reason your order isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward and transparent.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about eligibility, timelines and how to arrange a return with our team.

Stock Items

  • Return within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
  • Must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • Faulty, damaged or not as described — full refund or replacement, and we cover return costs.

Change of mind or incorrect order — refund or exchange offered; you cover return shipping.

Custom Baths

  • Cancel within 24 hours — full refund (minus 1.5% processing fee).
  • Cancel after production starts — 75% refund.
  • Cancel after shipping or refuse delivery — no refund (return costs apply).
  • Damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days with photos or video.
  • If the bath is as described but not suitable — contact us within 7 days; exchange or store credit may be offered (return costs apply).

How to Return

  • Email support@odysseyplunge.com for return authorisation.
  • Do not return items without approval — they may be refused.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method (1.6% payment processing fee applies).
  • Exchanges are shipped to your original delivery address.
  • Returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee if the above conditions aren’t met.
