In-stock items: Order by 10am → Next Business Day Delivery.
Made-to-order items: Lead times shown on product pages.

BATH DELIVERY - KERBSIDE (FREE)

Notification when your order is dispatched.
Driver will call when close to confirm access.
Delivered to the nearest safe kerbside.
You sign for delivery and check packaging.
You’ll need help to move the bath into place.
Packaging disposal is your responsibility.

BATH DELIVERY - 2-MAN INSTALLATION

Delivery slot confirmed 2 weeks before.
Bath placed into final position, packaging removed.
Compressor and UV filter fitted.
Hose required for filling and testing.
WiFi-enabled baths: we’ll connect to your network if access is provided.
Fully operational on the day of delivery.

OTHER DELIVERY

Once complete and quality checked, orders ship via Royal Mail.
Tracking number provided → track online via Royal Mail.
