BATH DELIVERY - KERBSIDE (FREE)
- Notification when your order is dispatched.
- Driver will call when close to confirm access.
- Delivered to the nearest safe kerbside.
- You sign for delivery and check packaging.
- You’ll need help to move the bath into place.
- Packaging disposal is your responsibility.
BATH DELIVERY - 2-MAN INSTALLATION
- Delivery slot confirmed 2 weeks before.
- Bath placed into final position, packaging removed.
- Compressor and UV filter fitted.
- Hose required for filling and testing.
- WiFi-enabled baths: we’ll connect to your network if access is provided.
- Fully operational on the day of delivery.
OTHER DELIVERY
- Once complete and quality checked, orders ship via Royal Mail.
- Tracking number provided → track online via Royal Mail.
