Every Odyssey system is built to last, and we stand behind that promise. Your purchase is protected by a comprehensive warranty that covers materials and workmanship, giving you confidence in both performance and quality.

WHAT’S COVERED

  • All baths and chillers used for home, residential, or commercial use.
  • Replacement of defective parts due to faults in materials or workmanship.
  • Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Damage caused by leaks, poor water quality, incorrect filter care, freezing, power failures, or misuse.
  • Consumable parts such as filters, UV lamps, ozone generators, seals, and gaskets (these require routine replacement).
  • Natural variations in timber (grain, colour, small imperfections).
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, or fading) that does not affect performance.
  • Any repairs carried out by unauthorised technicians.
  • Use of non-approved parts, filters, or accessories.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out regular maintenance:
    • Replace filters on schedule.
    • Clean pre-filters and paper filters.
    • Change water regularly and maintain safe water chemistry.
    • Care for stainless steel and timber surfaces using appropriate methods.
  • Failure to maintain the unit correctly may void the warranty.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

  • If you need support:
    1. Email
    2. Provide proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.
    3. Most issues can be resolved by phone or email.
    4. If a replacement part is required, it will be supplied free of charge.
    5. If an engineer visit is needed, a call-out fee of £350 + VAT applies. This fee will be refunded if the fault is confirmed as a warranty issue.
  • We continue to offer phone support even after the warranty ends (parts and labour costs apply after the 12-month period).

REPAIR OR REPLACE

  • We may choose to repair or replace the faulty part.
  • Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • For rural areas, travel fees for engineers are not included.
  • If a tub must be replaced or returned for repair, the customer is responsible for removal, packaging, and shipping costs.
  • If a replacement tub is provided, it will be of equal value to the original model.

FILTER MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY VALIDITY

  • To keep your warranty valid:
    • You must use official Odyssey Plunge replacement filters.
    • At least one new filter must be installed every 3 months.
    • Use of non-approved filters, or failing to replace them, may void your warranty.
    • Filter purchase history will be checked when validating warranty claims.

A FINAL WORD

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties or guarantees, except where the law provides additional rights. It gives you specific legal protections, which may vary depending on where you live.
